For the past twelve years Michael has been integrally involved with the media industry in various capacities including building an IPTV Network, developing, producing and hosting daily one-hour talk shows entitled “Commodity Classics” and “The Traders Network.” These live, daily broadcasts on radio, TV and on the internet define what an audience-empowered, interactive financial program should look like and have been viewed and enjoyed internationally by IPTV enthusiasts in over 78 countries.

Michael’s broad financial background includes previous positions associated with Corporate Finance, Commodity Futures and Securities Trading. Among the various licenses he held are: #4 Registered Options Principal, #7 General Securities Broker, #63 Ethics, #22 Direct Participation Programs, #3 Futures Broker, #30 Futures Branch Manager and #39 Direct Participation Principal.

Another key focus during that portion of Michael’s professional life was on derivative portfolio analysis.

Peter Colella – Chairman of Advisory Board

Peter Colella has been active in corporate finance activities on a national and international level the course of his 36 year career. Since 1981 when he founded Colmen, Peter’s areas of specialization have involved all aspects of Colmen’s services: Investment Banking, Profit Improvement Initiatives, and Management Advisory.
Mr. Colella has taken Colmen to new levels in merger and acquisition, corporate finance and business consulting services, including sales, purchases, divestitures, joint ventures, leveraged transactions and management buyouts in both privately held and public companies.
In addition to over 300 successful investment banking transactions, he has also built a stellar performance record with turnarounds and profit improvement services over the past twenty years.
Mr. Colella has assembled the “Colmen Team” of operational professionals, positioning Colmen to address the contemporary needs of the business community. Mr. Colella shares his expertise in seminars and public speaking engagements throughout the country.

Gaya Lynn, Corporate Communications Director

Gaya Lynn has been writing professionally for various newspapers, online sites, and PR firms for over two decades. She has interviewed dozens of top influencers around the globe, and has reported on a wide range of topics including the arts, business and finance. Most recently, she was director of fashion for the newspaper L’Italo-Americano. After living in Italy for many years, she went onto pursue a BA in international affairs and an MFA in writing and journalism.

William Fisher, Technical Producer

William Fisher is an experienced Production Director and manager who has spent his entire career working to facilitate the use of emerging technologies to aid media, communication and marketing projects.
He has worked on a variety of projects from feature films to broadcast news channels, online marketing, television series, music recording and videos, print publications, and web development.
Having built out the systems to create one of the first 24/7 IPTV networks, he has in depth experience on adapting and originating technology for creating and distributing high-quality media through digital delivery to a global market.

Jack Stewart – Contributor

Mr. Stewart is a University of Notre Dame graduate having 20 plus years’ experience with Dean Witter and MacDonald ,Krieger and Bowyer where he gained skills in Security Trading, Portfolio management ,Technical Analysis,Insurance Products and Alternative Investments.

Jack then joined a Financial Management Firm as the Director / Manager of overall Investment Programs where he managed and developed Tax Advantaged Strategies. Mr. Stewart’s current focus includes​ his own day trading ​and the strategies he produced , especially his GAP-N-GO Trading Robot. He publishes a blog which features his Robot trades at axnjaxn.blogspot.com

Also, he follows funding activities for early- stage innovative companies in spaces such as AI/Fintech, Medical Disruptors …and ICOs.
